Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fontis Innovation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use StriveUp, including our website https://striveup.ai/ and our mobile application(s) (together, the “Services”).

If you have questions or want to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at hello@fontisinnovation.com.

1) Who we are

2) Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways: (1) information you provide, (2) information collected automatically, and (3) information from third parties if you choose to use them.

A. Information you provide

Depending on how you use the Services, you may provide:

  • Account information (if you create an account): name, email, password, profile details
  • Content and inputs you submit: goals, workouts, progress logs, notes, messages, photos, or other content you upload
  • Support communications: information you send when you contact us (including attachments)

B. Camera and photos (app permissions)

  • If the StriveUp app requests camera access, it is used only to support features that need it (for example, taking a photo you choose to capture within the app).
  • We access the camera only when you choose to use a camera feature.
  • You can deny or revoke camera permission at any time in your device settings.
  • We do not access your camera in the background without your action.
  • If you choose to take or upload a photo, we may process and store that photo to provide the feature you requested.

C. Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone
  • Usage data: screens viewed, actions taken, feature usage, timestamps, session length
  • Log and diagnostic data: IP address, crash reports, error logs, performance data
  • Approximate location: may be inferred from your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location unless a feature explicitly asks and you allow it)

D. Cookies and similar technologies (website)

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • keep the website working,
  • remember preferences,
  • measure traffic and performance,
  • help prevent fraud and abuse.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.

E. Information from third parties (only if you choose)

If you connect StriveUp to third-party services (for example, sign-in providers or integrations), we may receive information from them as needed to provide that connection. What we receive depends on what you authorize with the third party.

3) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Services (create accounts, deliver features, store your content)
  • Personalize your experience (preferences, recommendations, improving usability)
  • Improve and maintain the Services (analytics, troubleshooting, testing, research)
  • Communicate with you (support, updates, security notices, service messages)
  • Protect the Services and users (security, fraud prevention, abuse detection)
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

Marketing messages: If we send promotional emails, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

4) How we share information

We do not share your information except as described below:

A. Service providers

We may share information with vendors that help us run the Services (for example: hosting, database storage, analytics, crash reporting, customer support). They may only use your information to provide services to us.

B. Legal and safety

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request,
  • protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, Fontis Innovation, or the public,
  • prevent or investigate fraud or abuse,
  • enforce our agreements and policies.

C. Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

D. With your direction

We may share information when you ask us to or when you choose to use features that inherently share data (for example, sharing content with other users, or connecting third-party integrations you enable).

5) Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to:

  • provide the Services,
  • meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements,
  • resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, unless we must keep certain information for legal or security reasons.

6) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Access, correct, or delete certain information through the app (if available)
  • Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@fontisinnovation.com
  • Withdraw permission for device features (like Camera) in your device settings

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • access your personal information,
  • correct inaccurate information,
  • delete your personal information,
  • receive a portable copy of your information,
  • object to or restrict certain processing.

We may ask you to verify your identity before responding.

8) International data transfers

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9) Children's privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at hello@fontisinnovation.com.

10) Third-party links

The Services may include links to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice within the app or by email.
